Regenerative Therapies

Dr. Castillo offers intrathecal pain pump management to help better control chronic pain.

In addition to traditional pain management therapies and procedures. Dr. Castillo has developed several regenerative medicine therapies meant to help the body heal utilizing it’s own cells. Such therapies include Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy, Exosomes, Red Light Therapy, and Ozone Therapy. These treatments can help improve pain symptoms and provide additional care to traditional procedures.

Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy

Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy has been used for treating chronic tendon injuries. Such tendon injuries include tennis elbow and Achilles tendonitis. Platelet rich plasma has also shown positive results in the treatment of rotator cuff tears and MCL injuries in the knee.

Ozone Therapy

Ozone Therapy can be used to complement traditional medical treatments. This can help the body fight cancer and may potentially support the efficacy of other cancer treatments. It can also help decrease symptoms of other chronic conditions such as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), MS, Parkinson’s disease, and degenerative disc disease.
