Appointments Available: Monday thru Thursday from 6:30am to 4pm. Dr. Castillo does procedure and injection appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Calls received 6:30am to 4:30pm Monday thru Thursday, and 8:00am to 12:30pm on Friday.
We are located on 51st Ave, just south of Cactus Rd on the southeast corner of the intersection – just past the canal.
Turn left when entering the complex and head to Building D in the back corner.
